I love Ghost. A clean, straightforward backend. Open source, but actually user-friendly with managed hosting at a good price. Plenty of options for integrations, but none I really *need* because it just works out of the box. And it meaningfully lets me control my own blog--I could move to self-hosting without missing a beat, if I wanted to, but Ghost Pro is worth it.
