I love curating content, and providing a hyper-local news outlet for the Rockridge neighborhood fills my heart with joy. A free press is the cornerstone of democracy, and having the support and contributions of community members is the cherry on top.

James Rojas is an urban planner, artist, and activist known for participatory urbanism. He founded Place It! and has led 2,000+ workshops worldwide. His work highlights Latino cultural practices in shaping cities through joyful, inclusive engagement.

Carol Kasparek has been a Rockridge resident for decades, and worked as a former federal analyst and Whole Foods leader. She has covered business, crime, and city politics, and is grateful to continue to serve her community through local journalism.
