I’m Todd J. Schmenk, LMHC, a peer-reviewed ACT trainer, supervisor, educator, private practice consultant, and adjunct faculty at Johnson and Wales University.

I’m a psychologist, researcher, originator of ACT, Relational Frame Theory, and co-developer of Process-Based Therapy. I’ve spent the past four decades studying how to ease human suffering and empower people towards a values-based life.
