Val is from Southern CA and found her love for journalism at community college. She worked in local news for 4 years before starting at RANGE in 2022 and is proud to call Spokane home. Passions include: empowering community, books and crafting.

Erin moved here from ID to attend Gonzaga and fell in love with Spokane. They are a queer storyteller, and when they’re not pounding Red Bulls and typing frantically, you can find her on and off stage at local theatres. | erin(at)rangemedia.co

Originally from Colorado, Aaron earned his MFA in Creative Writing from EWU in June 2023. He covers environmental issues and is our in-house expert on far-right movements. You may catch him rollerblading around town. aaron(at)rangemedia.co

Luke is the founder of RANGE Media and a bunch of other things. He's a lifelong Spokane guy, Gonzaga grad and started his journalism career at The Inlander. He’s passionate about telling great stories and building world-changing things.

Originally from central WA, Daisy has covered farmworkers and labor rights issues. Before joining RANGE, she lived in the US-Mexico border community of Nogales, AZ. In her spare time she enjoys reading, coffee and sudoku.

Pascal (they/them) is an artist, organizer, and RANGE's Editorial Producer. They consider Spokane their home and are passionate about creating a city where everyone truly belongs.
